SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Kristy meets ships all around Australia and Internationally.
I ship 3 times per week and use Australia parcel post within Australia.
Please allow up to 48 hours to receive shipping instructions from the date of your purchase.
If you live in Australia, and require your item by a certain date, please contact me. I am always happy to accommodate.
I also ship overseas. I use Australia Parcel post with International tracking.

International Shipping Fees

Your shipping fee will be calculated on weight and destination.

The shipping fee related to your geographic location will appear at your point of purchase.

Please allow up to 14 days for your parcel to arrive. This may be slightly more for International customers, and time of delivery will depend upon the local customs procedure within your country.

Please note, International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs and duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Kristy meets has no control over these charges nor can advise what these charges will be. Failure to pay for local duties may result in you not receiving your parcel. Kristy meets will not be responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

RETURNS

f you have problems/questions with your purchase or it isn’t what you are looking for, please follow these instructions below:

Please send me an email requesting a return and reason for return. Please put ‘Return requested’ in the email subject heading.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item in Australia, International 14 days.
All returned items, are eligible for an online credit note only
Kristy meets only refunds faulty items.
Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, undamaged and saleable.
Kristy meets reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing your return and credit from your financial institution.
Kristy meets is not responsible for items that have been damaged in transit or items that have not been received. We suggest using a parcel with a tracking number. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for returns.
